Pre-Certified Sites

Pre-certified sites are applicants that are in the final stages of the certification process.

Site information has been reviewed by a team of regional experts and meets or exceeds minimum standards for full certification. These sites are now working with representatives in engineering, development, utilities, infrastructure, as well as community and economic development officials to finalize their certification.
